The beautiful art of yoga brings together the three elements – body, mind & spirit, in one practice. Yoga practice takes you back to your inner self, connecting your body movements with your breath and the more you relax, the better the stretch you will achieve.
Yoga is not about how far you have gone but about the journey to get there.
A combination of Hatha Yoga and Pilates exercises together for one hour, including blissful meditation, stretching and strengthening your muscles and calming your mind.
Suitable for complete beginners or those familiar with yoga.
A class to focus on your growing and changing body, helping to manage stress and relax your body and mind, allowing you to create a better bond with your baby, helping you to improve your sleep and soothing some aches and pains.
These classes are open and welcome to all, doesn’t matter whether it is your first or third baby, offering great opportunity to create new friendships and share your experiences with fellow expectant mums.
Unable to get to a class from whatever reason? Feel like you need personal tuition? I can come to the comfort of your home and teach you and up to two friends in the private of your home.

Yoga for Better Back and Healthy Spine
In this day and age when we spend most of our time sitting at desk in front of a computer screen or sitting down and chilling on sofa in front of TV, our backs are not the healthiest. Our shoulders are hunching forward, curling our spine, creating tension, pain and discomfort.
There is a help available, start working on your back muscles, working on muscles we neglect, sometimes ignore, relax the shoulders. Make your spine healthy and flexible. They say we are as old as our spine.
